In February of this year, you received a request from UNOS to submit the name of your program’s designated director of liver transplant anesthesia. You are required to notify UNOS if the individual in this designated role changes. If a change occurs, please contact your region’s membership analyst to receive a one-page survey form and further instructions on how to submit director’s name and information.
