Effective Now: Required re-entry of SSN and DOB when adding a candidate in Waitlist

At-A-Glance:
Beginning today, November 4, 2015, when adding a new candidate record in Waitlist, you will be asked to re-enter the social security number (SSN) and date of birth (DOB) in order to complete your task.

What to expect when you add a new candidate in Waitlist:

  1. After you complete the three initial fields (SSN, Organ, and Age Group) on Step 1 of the Candidate Add form, you will see a pop-up message asking you to re-enter the SSN. You will not have the ability to cut and paste.
  2. Once your SSN information has been successfully confirmed, you will move on to Step 2 of the Candidate Add form, which includes the DOB field.
  3. Before moving to Step 3 of the Candidate Add form to review and confirm the data, you will see a pop-up message asking you to re-enter the DOB. You will not have the ability to cut and paste.
  4. You will notice no changes to the remainder of the form as you complete it.
